About the Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency across video metadata workflows. - Build reports and visual dashboards to support production, content operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Write lightweight scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Airtable automations) to automate workflow or reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define metrics, track performance, and uncover areas for operational improvement.
- Support the integration of metadata quality control and curation reviews into end-to-end workflows.
- Contribute to the team’s automation strategy and documentation of best practices.
We’re looking for candidates who meet most of the following criteria:
- Strong hands-on experience with workflow and project management platforms, preferably Airtable.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Tableau, and comfortable building reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of simple scripting for automation (e.g., in Airtable, Zapier, or similar tools).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working in media, entertainment, video content, or related digital platforms.
- Familiarity with video metadata, content curation workflows, or media production environments.
- A passion for movies, TV, sports, or fitness content is a plus!
