Sales Consultant – Digital Accessibility

£27,000 + £2,000 OTE

UK-based, Remote – Occasional travel across the UK (Mostly London)

About the Role

We’re delighted to be working with AbilityNet, a national charity that helps people with disabilities use digital technology at home, at work, and in education.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing their digital services in the corporate market. This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role where your work will directly support a more accessible digital world.

You’ll manage a portfolio of clients – nurturing existing relationships while helping win new business – and contribute to strategic growth plans as part of a small, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a pipeline of corporate clients using NetSuite CRM
  • Leading client meetings to understand needs and offer tailored service solutions
  • Building long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business and referrals
  • Supporting direct marketing campaigns and sales strategies in line with targets
  • Reporting on performance against revenue and growth goals
  • Contributing to sales team strategy and mentoring colleagues
  • Representing AbilityNet in meetings, events, and client-facing opportunities
  • Supporting internal collaboration and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B sales, consultancy, or client success role (not retail/in-store sales)
  • Experience managing key accounts and working with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable using CRMs (ideally NetSuite) and reporting on sales metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confident negotiation ability
  • A proactive, positive, and strategic mindset
  • Passion for accessibility and inclusion – experience in charity or non-profit work is a bonus
  • Willing to travel occasionally (UK based)

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of Accessibility, Usability or Inclusive Design
  • Familiarity with accessibility services or certifications (e.g. IAAP CPACC)

Why Join AbilityNet?

  • Make a real difference by helping build a more inclusive digital world
  • Be part of a values-led, growing organisation with big social impact
  • Enjoy remote-first working and a supportive team environment

If you’re excited by this opportunity and want to help drive positive change in digital accessibility – we’d love to hear from you.

Everybody is welcome
