- Representing AbilityNet in meetings, events, and client-facing opportunities
- Supporting internal collaboration and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For

- Experience managing key accounts and working with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using CRMs (ideally NetSuite) and reporting on sales metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and confident negotiation ability
- A proactive, positive, and strategic mindset
- Passion for accessibility and inclusion – experience in charity or non-profit work is a bonus
- Willing to travel occasionally (UK based)
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of Accessibility, Usability or Inclusive Design
- Familiarity with accessibility services or certifications (e.g. IAAP CPACC)
Why Join AbilityNet?
- Make a real difference by helping build a more inclusive digital world
- Be part of a values-led, growing organisation with big social impact
- Enjoy remote-first working and a supportive team environment
